Every moment we are operating either for or against ourselves. With every breath we have the opportunity to empower the best in our life, or not.

Lets begin with what thoughts are you entertaining in your head? Are they are full of judgment, fear, doubt and blame, ongoing lists or non-stop blabbering about useless things?

If so you might better choose to escort them out. Allowing them to play like a tape in your head as you follow along like your favorite song hurts you deeply with each note. They keep you detoured from positive action in your life more than you know.

Notice them instead of listening and taking them seriously, and choose to stop the tape from playing. Blow them away with a deep yet gentle breath and allow a clear space to appear. Keep breathing and letting go of the flow of adversarial thoughts for as many minutes that it takes.

You have to let them know you are in charge. They are just bullies. They are not yours; they are hitchhikers in your mind that you do not have to listen to.

Change the channel. Listen to loving, fun, positive thoughts that are productive and helpful in your day and life. You can choose what you think or allow played in your head.

As you release these stragglers, replace them with thoughts that are more aligned with who you are and what you want. Truth is peaceful, present and moving in the direction that you choose.

From a quiet clear space your life opens up to a new level of awareness and action.

You can be in charge of your life and your thoughts. Simple, easy, clear.

Don’t be so quick to drown them out with affirmations. Clear the decks and make room for all the yummy things you want to entertain in your mind and your life.

Go back through the above and work with this and watch your life and thoughts turn around and help you co-create the life you want.

Each thought in your head will move you in a positive direction or move you in a negative one. Its up to you, you are the master of your mind. Begin now and watch your life change for the better.

Everyone has an ongoing dialogue in our head that rules us more than we know. Be patient and kind with yourself and let me know how you are doing with this.
